Azerbaijani President signs a decree on measures in issuing visa to foreigners and stateless persons

The Cabinet of Ministers is charged to remove the articles on foreigners and stateless persons' fingerprinting for a visa from the “Enter-Exit and registration”regulations automated inter-agency information retrieval system"and to inform the President of Azerbaijan within 10 days.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs is instructed to ensure placement of electronic application forms, a list of other required documents and information necessary for issuing the visa to the Internet information resources of all embassies and consulates of Azerbaijan abroad within in 10 days

According to the order the trainings on granting electronic visas will be held to the employees of the embassies and consulates abroad dealing with formalizing visas directly.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Security will organize issuing of electronic visas to tourists by the embassies and consulates of Azerbaijan abroad in a short period of time.

Presidential Administration is instructed to carry out strict control over the implementation of this order.
