Azerbaijan's President signs executive order to confer higher military and higher special ranks on employees of Ministry of Emergency Situations

Baku-APA. Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has signed an executive order to confer higher military and higher special ranks on the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, APA reports. Under the order, deputy chief of Special Risk Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Kamil Alibala Bagirov has been promoted to the higher rank of Major-General, expert of the Ministry's Main Fire Safety Yusif Mahmud Nabiyev to the higher special rank of Major-General of internal service.

President has also signed an executive order to confer honorary titles on the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Under the order, the title of "Honored engieer" has been conferred on Sadigov Fakhraddin Khalil and Zeynalov Latif Majid, the title of "Honored lawyer" on Rzayevas Zenfira Suleyman for the merits in construction safety control and legal provision of this control.
