Social Research Center of Azerbaijan (SRC) conducted a survey regarding Armenian terrorists who were arrested after the anti-terrorism measures implemented in the Garabagh region of Azerbaijan, in September of this year, APA reports.
According to the results of the survey on the "Should amnesty be applied to the leaders of illegal Armenian armed formations?" topic, 90.7% of the respondents said that they should be hold liable.
Thus, 5.9% of respondents said that they were in favor of amnesty, and 90.7% of respondents said they should be held liable.
The 3.4% of participants in the survey struggled to express an opinion about this topic.
Upon considering the results according to the socio-demographic data of the respondents, 88.1% of men and 93.3% of women considered that the leaders of illegal Armenian armed formations being held liable necessary.
Note that, a criminal case has been opened for Ruben Karleni Vardanyan, who financed the terrorist activities of illegal armed groups in Garabagh during the past period, and illegally arrived in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, worked as the so-called "state minister of the republic of Nagorno-Karabakh", Davit Manukyan, who had the high military rank as Major General, and the first deputy commander of the Defense Army of the so-called “Nagorno-Karabakh” Republic, Lova Mnatsakanyan, who served as the so-called "defense minister" of the Armenian separatists in Garabagh from 2015 to 2018, David Babayan, former "foreign minister" of the so-called regime in Garabagh, Khachatryan Vagif - who is accused of committing genocide in Meshali village of Khojaly district by the members of illegal Armenian armed groups, Ludvik Mkrtichyan, Alyosha Khosrovyan and others who are accused of cruelly torturing Azerbaijani prisoners, and arrested.
