APA reports that it happened while discussing the bill on “Reproductive healthâ€. Fazail Agamali objected to the bill and said there was no need to pass such a bill in Azerbaijan. The parliamentarian said the bill on “Reproductive health†contradicted Azerbaijan’s mentality. He noted that MP Malahat Hasanova, who had introduced the bill, was not guilty.
“I know who played a role in it,†he said.
Chief of the Parliament’s Standing Commission on Social Policy Hadi Rajabli, who had submitted the bill to the parliament, came up to Fazail Agamali and called him to be well-bred.
“I acted so several times. How do you know that it was my initiative?†he said.
Fazail Agamali said he did not mean him.
Speaker of the parliament Ogtay Asadov called on the parliamentarians to be tolerant.
