“The main view is that items on local elections should be simplified. The procedure is a bit complicated. There is no need for it in the presidential and parliamentary elections, because there are not so many candidates in these elections. There are tens of thousands candidates in local elections. It is proposed to simplify their registration and campaign. Sometimes changes emerge from necessity, but in some cases some forces want to make their affairs easier. Maybe in this respect it should not be done. But it should be considered, if it serves common interests,†he said.
