Arif Hajili: Two-way discussions are ongoing on the establishment of a new opposition union

Baku. Ramil Mammadli - APA. “The opposition is holding in two directions for the creation of a new opposition union. This aims setting up a party bloc and a center of political forces,†said Arif Hajili, head of Central Executive Staff.
He declined to reveal “details of the discussions in order not to hinder this process.
“The discussions are under way. Isa Gambar recently met with the heads of two influential parties to discuss this issue,†he added.
He said that he was not aware about how many parties are involved in the process.
“As far as I know, Musavat, parties of Azadlig Bloc and Union for Democracy, and other structures have been involved in this process,†he added.
