A group of NGOs establishes coalition in connection with elections

Baku. Elnur Mammadli â€“ APA. â€œFree, Transparent, Fair Electionsâ€ Coalition has been established in connection with 15 October presidential elections on the initiative of a group of nongovernmental organizations. APA reports that the coalition includes Independent Advisory and Assistance Center for Civil Society, â€œIntellectâ€ Research Center, Center of Political Innovation and Technologies, Regional Development Center in Azerbaijan and Democratic Election Center. Head of the â€œIntellectâ€ Research Center Salman Vilayetoglu told today the press conference that the aim their uniting was to ensure the active participation of voters, remove vagueness in the international public opinion, observe polling stations and hold exit poll. Salman Vilayetoglu noted that they would observe at least 70 percent of the polling stations. He said the nongovernmental organizations represented in the coalition would continue cooperation in future.
