Serdar Jalaloglu’s appeal on Resul Guliyev’s supporters to the Sebael, Nerimanov and Binegedi Courts was considered admissible, courts told APA.
The trial of Aydin Guliyev, editor-in-chief of Baku Kheber newspaper, will be presided over by Yusif Kerimov in Sebael Court and trial of Akif Shahbazov will be presided over by Medine Bagirova in the Binegedi Court. The trial on appeal of violation of regulation and law on Political parties by Resul Guliyev’s 20 supporters will be presided over by Muslum Aliyev in the Nerimanov Court.
Serdar Jalaloglu demanded the court to make a verdict that Shahbazov and Guliyev are not authorized to speak on behalf of ADP. He also demanded to pass a verdict that Feb-18 meeting in the CPFP headquarters under the name of party’s General Assembly is illegal. /APA/
