Baku City Executive Power offers Public Chamber to hold rally in Bibiheybat

Baku. Ramil Mammadli â€“ APA. The Executive Power of Baku city has replied the appeal by the Public Chamber on holding rally on October 13.

APA reports that the city authorities considers holding a rally on 13 October as not advisable and offers the Public Chamber to organize a rally in a playground outside the driving school in the 20th residential area in Bibiheybat settlement.

The rally demands dissolution of parliament and new elections to the legislative body.

The Public Chamber has addressed to the Baku city mayor for holding a rally from the area of former Azizbeyov Monument to the Azerbaijani Parliament on October 13 between 16.00 and 18.00.
