Azerbaijani CEC considers Gular Ahmadovaâ€™s appeal on repudiating her deputy mandate - <font color=red>UPDATED </font>

APA reports that the protocol of the CEC dated July 9, 2012 was confirmed during the meeting led by Mazahir Panahov.

The other issue on the agenda of the meeting is Gular Ahmedovaâ€™s appeal on repudiating her deputy mandate. She was elected from II Khatayi Constituency #34.

The meeting is being continued.

It was Arifa Mukhtarova, the representative of the CEC who gave information on the issue. The issue has been put to the vote and Gular Ahmadovaâ€™s mandate was liquidated.

Ahmedova appealed to the Azerbaijani Parliament for the repudiation of her deputy mandate. The Azerbaijani Parliament sent the appeal to the CEC for consideration.
