Content of Gular Ahmadovaâ€™s appeal on repudiation her deputy mandate made public

Baku. Parvin Abbasov â€“ APA. The content of the Gular Ahmadovaâ€™s appeal on repudiation her Parliament membership deputy mandate was officially made public. APA reports that MP Gular Ahmadova sent an appeal to the chairman of Azerbaijani Parliament Ogtay Osadov on September 28.

The appeals reads that the former rector of International University of Azerbaijan spread in mass media the video material concerning Gular Ahmadova on September 25 as if she gave a large bribe in order to be elected a deputy. Media created the resonance between the public and it resulted in some discussions in some circles: â€œDestructive forces made attempts to spot the legitimacy of the Azerbaijani Parliament formed on the basis of democratic and transparent relations by using this issueâ€.

The author says that she is ready to assist the investigation process. But if I help as a MP of the Parliament, it will be evaluated as a influence on the investigation process and cause scandal in public. Thatâ€™s why Gular Ahmadova repudiates the membership deputy mandate of the Azerbaijani Parliament and asks to pass a decision in accordance with the law norms.

The Central Election Commission deals with this issue, thatâ€™s why the Gular Ahmadovaâ€™s voluntary appeal was sent the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
