President Ilham Aliyev starts visit to Jalilabad region - <font color=red>UPDATED</font>

APA reports that the Head of State visited monument to Heydar Aliyev in the center of Jalilabad region. President Ilham Aliyev was informed about the improvement work carried out around the monument. A large improvement and planting work was carried out in the area situated in the regionâ€™s center.

President Ilham Aliyev saw the reconstruction work in the recreation park in the center of Jalilabad city. Head of the regional executive power Aziz Azizov informed the Head of State that the park was planted in 1952 and was reconstructed for the first time. The monument to Azerbaijani veterans of 1941-1945 war was erected in the park.

President Aliyev laid a bouquet of flowers at the monument. He highly appreciated the conditions created in the park and gave instructions.

Then President Aliyev attended the opening ceremony of the Heydar Aliyev Creative Work Center which is located near the recreation park. The construction of the center started last year and carried out at the expense of regionâ€™s domestic opportunities.

It was said that such modern centers should be built in all regions of the country and the measures toward this in accordance with the state policy are intensified. President Ilham Aliyev highly appreciated the conditions created in the center.
