Created State Agency for public services and social innovation at the Azerbaijani President

According to APA, the disposal noted that in order to increase transparency in government, improve the quality of public services with the introduction of convenient modern innovations, to ensure compliance with ethical standards in dealing with citizens, government agencies improve services rendered, accelerating the transition to an electronic system of services the president of Azerbaijan established the State Agency for public services and social innovation.
State agencies charged with establishing centers to provide services to the population- â€œASAN xidmÉ™tâ€.

In these centers, based on the principles of efficiency, transparency, courteous service will be provided to all citizens regardless of their place of residence, and to all the calendar days. The functions of the centers include:
-Citizens seeking to provide services directly, by telephone or via the Internet.
-Organize the employees of agencies courses on ethics, managing flows of citizens, developing skills to meet with citizens.

Administration of the President of Azerbaijan received within two months submit to the head of state position and structure of the project the State Agency for public services and social innovation at the Azerbaijani President. It is also requested to submit a sample of the situation and proposals for Perechin services to be provided at the centers â€“ â€œASAN xidmÉ™tâ€.

Cabinet of Ministers entrusted with the State Agency for public services and social innovation, and centers - Â«ASAN xidmÉ™tÂ» premises and necessary equipment.
