â€œAzerbaijan Democrat Party does not owe to the State Committee for Public Properties Management and other state bodies. The claims addressed to us are groundlessâ€?, ADP deputy Serdar Jalaloglu told APA. Rent and other utilities have been paid in time since 1992. He said that they overpaid the rental.
â€œWe were made to pay rental to both Properties Committee and Residential Authority a few years ago. $4 000-$5 000 was paid.
I signed the rental contract from 1992 to 1995. As the party registration was abolished in 1995, we signed the contract with Hurriyyet. The contract was prolonged in 2000. So we have every reason to operate in this residenceâ€?, he said.
Serdar Jalaloglu also said that false information is spread in media. Economic Court responded to ADPâ€™s appeal noting that no claim by State Committee for Public Properties Management was made for the residence. /APA/
