It should be noted that the representatives of the committee paid special attention to behavior with lifers, and other arrested ones kept in polis stations, jails, and detention wards. The representatives met with former Finance minister Fikret Mammadov, Deputy Health Minister Sanan Kerimov, Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova and other officials.
