President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a message of congratulations to Venezuelan President Hugo Rafael Chavez on the occasion of his re-election, APA reports. Ilham Aliyev expressed his confidence in the further development of friendship and partnership relations between Azerbaijan and Venezuela. At the end of the message Ilham Aliyev wished Hugo Chavez success in his future activity. /APA/
