Noting that there is progress in the issues of Nagorno Karabakh, Kosovo, transport, energy and in the protection of sexual exploitation of children, Karl de Gucht touched upon the frozen conflicts and said that there is progress in the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict, unlike conflicts in Moldova and Georgia.
At the end of the meeting the ministers signed some technical documents. The next meeting of OSCE Foreign Ministerâ€™ Council will be held in Spain, 2007. /APA/
