Mazahir Panahov: â€œViolation of law is not a showing of force, it is a lack of cultureâ€

Our country has its Electoral Code, which meets all international requirements. Everybody must observe itâ€, said Chairman of the Central Election Communion Mazahir Panahov in his speech at the training courses on voting right for the chairmen of district election commissions (DEC).

Panahov said that there were DEC chairmen, who gained experience during the processes in Azerbaijan. CEC chairman also addressed the DEC chairmen: â€œWe would like you to create conditions similar with the conditions we created here, for members of electoral districtsâ€.

Panahov also touched the violation of law: â€œSomebody think that if they violate law, it means that they show force. But that is not so. The violation of law is a lack of cultureâ€.
