Azerbaijani President issues decree on call-up and retirement of the military servicemen

Under the decree, the citizens born in 1993 and reached 18 until the call-up day, as well as born in 1976-1992, under 35, the citizens having no deferment of military service, will be called up from October 1 to 30, 2011

The soldiers, sailors and sergeants serving the term of military service considered by the law on â€œThe military serviceâ€ will retire from October1 to 30, 2011.

The Cabinet of Ministers and local authorities were instructed to ensure the decree is being implemented in accordance with the law.
