Arif Rahimzadeh: â€œAs the municipalities sold the lands in their funds, they are made difficult to form their budgetsâ€

The municipalities want the additional lands in Azerbaijan, said Chairman of Committee on Regional Issues of the Azerbaijani Parliament Arif Rahimzadeh during his speech in the specialized courses on election rights of district election commission at the Central Election Commission.

He said that as the municipalities sold the lands in their funds, they are made difficult to form their budgets. They want a land for this purpose just from the state: â€œThe municipalities must form their activity in another method in order to from their budgets.

According to Rahimzadeh, only 7 municipalities could fulfill the plan. He said that there were 1718, according to some sources 1722 municipalities in the country.
