Baku – APA. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev issued an order to erect the monument of outstanding Azerbaijani warlord Babek in Baku.
Considering the significance of memorializing outstanding persons, who became a symbol of heroism in the centuries-long rich history of our people, in the patriotic education of the young generation, the Head of State decided to issue order about the erection of the Azerbaijani warlord Babek’s monument in the Azerbaijani capital.
The Baku Mayor’s Office was urged to submit its proposals to the Azerbaijani President within a month and the Cabinet of Ministers was urged to solve the issues arisen from the order.
