Abdullayev said the European Court of Human Rights was receiving a lot of complaints from various countries concerning the violation of voting right.
“All thesis of the European Convention are acceptable for us. If there is a discrepancy between the European Convention and Azerbaijani legislation, the thesis of the Convention should be used as a guideâ€, said Abdullayev.
