Azerbaijani President approves list of officials with right of receiving service passports

1. Judges of courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan (except judges with a right of receiving diplomatic passport in order defined by the legislation).

2. Following officials of the government organizations, public enterprises and organizations, as well as non-commercial organizations:
2.1 deputy heads of the central executive organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, heads of the public enterprises and organizations, as well as non-commercial organizations appointed by the President of Azerbaijan and their deputies appointed in same order (except persons with a right of receiving diplomatic passport in order defined by the legislation);
2.2 full and corresponding members of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences;
2.3 director of the Strategic Research Center under the President of Azerbaijan and his deputy;
2.4 director of the Heydar Aliyev Center and his deputy;
2.5 members of the Central Election Commission (except members of the Central Election Commission with a right of receiving diplomatic passport in order defined by the legislation); members of the Central Election Commission of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic;
2.6 members of Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic;
2.7 deputy heads of the central executive organizations of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic;
2.8 Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsman) of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic;
2.9 members of the National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council;
2.10 members of the Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic;
2.11 head of permanent representation of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in Baku;
2.12 heads of local executive powers.

3. Deputies head of the Special State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, office (department, unit, division) chiefs and their deputies, security officers and officials of same ranks.

4. Following persons taking sate service posts:

4.1 staff members of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, Presidentâ€™s Office of Azerbaijan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs not having a right to receive diplomatic passport;
4.2 public officers taking first-eighth qualification posts in the administrative offices (except public officers with a right of receiving diplomatic passport in order defined by the legislation);
4.3 advisers (aides) to the ministers of Defense, National Security, Internal Affairs, Justice, Emergency Situations, heads of State Customs Committee, State Border Service and State Migration Service, heads of secretariat, head office, office 9department, unit, division, military unit, sector, group) and their deputies, senior and junior staff officers, officers, supreme (senior, middle) rank officers, senior advisers, leading advisers, advisers and persons of equal ranks;
4.4 heads of the organizations under the ministries of Defense, National Security, Internal Affairs, Justice, Emergency Situations, heads of State Customs Committee, State Border Service and State Migration Service and their deputies, heads of subordinated structure units and their deputies;
4.5. advisers (aide) to the minister of taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan, head of the ministryâ€™s administrative office and his/her deputy, heads of head office, office (department, unit, division), their deputies, senior and junior staff chiefs under the ministry, their deputies, structure unit directors and their deputies;
4.6. investigators and prosecutors of the public prosecution of the Republic of Azerbaijan (except Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan, his deputies and prosecutor of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic with a right of receiving diplomatic passport in order defined by the legislation);
4.7. field-chasseur communication staff members not having a right of diplomatic passports;
4.8. Director General of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, chairmanâ€™s advisers, head of executive office and his/her deputy, heads of departments and other executive structures, senior experts (senior advisers), leading experts (leading advisers), experts (advisers) and persons in equal posts, heads of Central Bank Office in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and other territorial offices and their deputies;
4.9. deputy director of the Financial Monitoring Service under the central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, head of executive office and his/her deputy, heads of departments and other executive structures, senior experts (senior advisers), leading experts (leading advisers), experts (advisers) and persons in equal posts;
4.10. administrative-technical staff of the representatives of the Republic of Azerbaijan in foreign countries.

5. Persons with a right to receive service passport:

5.1. administrative-technical staff of the representatives of the Republic of Azerbaijan in foreign countries, working abroad more that three months, theirs spouses and unemployable children at age of 18;
5.2. international flight, navigation, railway and motor transport workers.
