President of Azerbaijan issues order for privatization of joint stock companies in construction sector

Baku â€“ APA. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev issued an order for privatization of joint stock companies whose shares are under the state control. According to APA, the enterprises and facilities of the joint stock companies â€œAzertikintiâ€ and â€œAzersenayetikintiâ€ were declared open to the privatization.

State-controlled package (51%) of Azerenerjitikintigurasdirma and Azernegliyyatyoltikinti joint stock companies and restricted shares of Azerkendtikinti JSC under the state control (25.5%) are also declared open for privatization.

The State Committee for Labor Issues was urged to organize the privatization of the joint stock companiesâ€™ enterprises and facilities in accordance with the legislation.

The cabinet of Ministers was commissioned with solving the issues arisen from the order.
