Latest developments around the Karabakh problem, new version of Madrid principles, necessity of military operation against the Armenian invaders, resolution on so-called “Armenian genocide” adopted in the United States and other countries were discussed at the meeting. KLO leadership stated that updating the so-called “Armenian genocide” issue was serving the purposes to weaken positions of Turkey and Azerbaijan, to force them to step back and to abate in Karabakh issue. KLO said that the statements made by the OSCE PA Special Representative Goran Lenmarker and French co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group showed that “new version of Madrid principles” didn’t meet the interests of Azerbaijan. The organization considers it unacceptable to give some intermediate status to the so-called regime of Nagorno Karabakh and to let them to conduct any referendum. The organizations said that delaying of Karabakh issue by the international community proved that Azerbaijani lands could be liberated only by the military way.
