Decree of the President of Azerbaijan Republic on confirming the Â«Charter of Science Development Fund under the President of Azerbaijan RepublicÂ»

Baku-APA. Decree of the President of Azerbaijan Republic on confirming the Â«Charter of Science Development Fund under the President of Azerbaijan RepublicÂ».
For the purpose of maintenance of activity of the Science Development Fund under the President of Azerbaijan Republic I enact:
1. To confirm the Â«Science Development Fund under the President of Azerbaijan RepublicÂ».
2. To establish a numerical limit of the employees of Science Development Fund under the President of Azerbaijan Republic within 10 established posts.
3. The cabinet of the Azerbaijan Republic undertakes:
3.1. For one month to determine the budget of expenditure, the list of staff members and monthly official salaries of employees of Science Development Fund under the President of Azerbaijan Republic;
3.2. To carry out all necessary measures related to logistical support of Science Development Fund under the President of Azerbaijan Republic;
3.3. To solve other issues originating from the present Decree.
4. The Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan Republic is entrusted to provide for one month the state registration of Science Development Fund under the President of Azerbaijan Republic.
