-Does Irali Public Union fulfill its commitments?

-Of course, we would like that our activity covers more people today because we aim to increase our human resources. Azerbaijani economy enters the new phase. Our activity targeted the development of our people as well to enter the new phase. Therefore we prefer comprehensive projects to form contemporary people. Our projects could cover 100 000 people in the past yea. Our activity is based on the youthâ€™s initiatives. But we donâ€™t reach our goals still.

- Is the Azerbaijani youth ready to meet novelties you introduce and popularize?

- First of all, it needs to understand these novelties. We must not bring formless novelties to the society. We have to popularize worked out, correct and successfully-tested models in our society. We are against any novelty tied from outside and forcibly popularized. Azerbaijani society is developing now and this development will find its line. We donâ€™t consider cosmopolite thinking under the development. Our organization support the idea of society based on national values, development, progress and science.

- Your activity covers Internet resourcesâ€¦

- You are right. Sometimes they tell us that Irali Public Union is everywhere, on Internet and in press as well. This is not an accidental process. We are planning all these issues beforehand. If we consider that we can deliver our ideas via Internet we do that. These processes are not chaotic. We approach information as the most valuable element of our time. Such approach is dictated by 21st century. US activity could be an example. We carried out IT projects that covered 50 000 people within this program.

-There are other organizations providing such activities. Bu the organization which conducts campaign on the basis of Internet resources has other issues in it activity directions as wellâ€¦

- I understand what you mean. The idea should be approached purely and sincerely. The basic idea of the Iraliâ€™s young members is Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan never was such independent how it is now. President Ilham Aliyev gave very good platform to our youth. If someone doesnâ€™t see that we can do nothing. We would like to march together with the people seeing the development and problems as well.

- Do you have many competitors?

- We wouldnâ€™t like to think about that. We are analyzing critiques about us. But we are not an organization which devotes all its activity to the analyzing of critiques. Everything has its norm. We targets to work without break.

- Your organization is known as pro-government. How do you accept that?

- Constructive organizations and people of the country welcome the Irali Public Unionâ€™s activity. There are people among them who make recommendations to us. Irali is an organization supported President Ilham Aliyev. If someone doesnâ€™t see this development, lives with the syndrome of deficiency and becomes hostage of own complexes, we can say nothing about his position. We are working together with the government agencies and some of worldâ€™s leading companies. The main thing for us is to choose good partner for the project.

- Your organization is carrying out a number of projects to form young leaders. How do you value leadership potential of the young people participated in these projects?

- The leadership is an ambitious notion. There can be different leaders in the different fields. In fact, good leadership means good responsibility. We want to form responsible citizens and to form young people who give an importance to the responsibilities of leaders.

- There is a question about the socio-political leadership. For example, there were 6 founders when your organization was established and every of them claimed for leadership.

- The main goal of the Irali Public Union is to prepare the young people for the modern society. Even if they leave the organization and resourcefully work outside I consider it as a success of our organization. In fact, main duty of the public organization is to teach the people to get leaderâ€™s skills. There are many skillful young people among the members of our organization.

-But if to say sincerely, there are not enough leaders among the young peopleâ€¦

- No, there are quite enough young leaders. There is one question â€“ we have to support each other. Azerbaijani society can solve its problems through its unity. I donâ€™t like it when the organizations have jealous attitude toward each other. We aim to help all people.
