Azerbaijani parliament adopts draft law on cotton growing in first reading

Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev â€“ APA. Azerbaijani parliament discussed a draft law on cotton growing in the first reading on Friday. According to APA, the document was submitted by the member of agrarian policy committee Eldar Guliyev. He said the draft law was regulating legal, organizational and economic basis of the cotton growing in the country, as well as turnover of raw cotton and its products.

The document was pointed out from the point of conceptual view and adopted in the first reading.

The parliament also discussed and adopted a draft law on non-banking credit organizations and amendments made to the law on approval of Administrative Procedure Code.
