The roundtable of the observation mission of the Council Europeâ€™s Congress of Local and Regional Authorities with the Azerbaijani opposition parties scheduled for today did not take place, APA reports. Six opposition parties were invited to the event on the local elections. But the opposition parties refused to meet saying the heads of the observation mission demonstrated biased position on the elections. Democratic Party, Musavat, Umid Party, Popular Front Party, Citizen and Development Party, Liberal Party were invited to the roundtable, but they refused to attend the event. It is the second time the opposition refuses to meet with the observation mission.
