Union for Democracy organizes Karabakh Forum

Some opposition parties and intellectuals put forward an initiative to hold parliament debates on Nagorno Karabakh problem with the participation of the political parties and the president of the country. The initiative was put forward at the Karabakh Forum organized by the Union of Democracy on Wednesday, APA reports. Representatives of the political parties discussed last developments around the Nagorno Karabakh problem and urged the government of Azerbaijan to inform the people about that. Chairman of Azadlig (Liberty) Party Ahmad Oruj said Azerbaijan should begin anti-terror operation to liberate its occupied lands. The party leader urged for elaboration of the national program involving all political forces and the government.

Chairman of the Classic Popular Front Party Mirmahmoud Miralioglu, chairman of the Justice Party Ilyas Ismayilov, members of the parliament Panah Huseyn, Ikram Israfilov, political analyst Gabil Huseynli and others addressed the forum.

The participants released a statement addressing the president of the country for taking concrete actions to liberate the occupied lands. â€œThe forum participants will support the president in such actionâ€.
