Azerbaijani people visit Heydar Aliyevâ€™s memorial

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov â€“ APA. On Saturday, six years have passed since the Heydar Aliyevâ€™s death. Ceremonies dedicated to the memory of the national leader were organized in Baku and in the regions of the republic, APA reports. People represented different layers of the society are visiting now the Alley of Honor to pay the tribute to the Heydar Aliyevâ€™s memory and to lay wreaths and flowers in front of his memorial. The ceremony began early morning and now thousands of people gather in front of the Alley of Honor. Baku police took strong security measures in the city. According to the plan of special measures, the traffic is fully restricted at the Parliament Avenue at 09.00-19.00 on December 12. The direction of visitorsâ€™ movement was also determined. The visitors are entering the Alley from the first gate near the school No.20 and leaving from the third gate. The ceremony will be last until the evening.
