Azerbaijani parliament approves regulations of migration services

Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev â€“ APA. On Friday, Azerbaijani parliament approved the regulations of services in migration agencies.

According to APA, Chairwoman of the Parliamentâ€™s Committee on Human Rights Rabiyyat Aslanova informed about the draft regulations. She noted that Migration Service in Azerbaijan was newly established and it demands special attention. â€œThis sphere is one of the priorities for Azerbaijan. We have to fulfill our commitments toward the forming of legislative basis in organizing the work of Migration Service. Migration workers have to be responsible and sensitiveâ€.

MP Ganira Pashayeva also urged to adopt this document. She said she frequently discussed this issue with the head of Migration Service. â€œI ask you to be more sensitive in addressing the problems of Georgian Azerbaijanisâ€.

The document was adopted after the discussions.

The draft law on non-banking loan organizations was also adopted in the second reading.
