Azerbaijani parliament ratifies several documents

Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev â€“ APA. Azerbaijani parliament has ratified Nakhchivan agreement on â€œEstablishing Cooperation Council of the Turkic-speaking Statesâ€. APA reports that MP Samad Seyidov gave information about the document. According to him, the ratification of such an agreement will deepen the cooperation among the Turkic-speaking states. Following this, â€œNakhchivan Declaration of the 9th summit of heads of Turkic-speaking statesâ€ was approved. The parliament also ratified Declaration on establishing strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Romania, agreement between the governments of Azerbaijan and Romania on cooperation in combating transborder organized crimes and international terrorism, draft agreements between the governments of Azerbaijan and Romania on cooperation in eliminating the consequences of the emergency situations.

The parliamentarians also approved the conventions on â€œMaintenance and promotion of the cultural self-management diversityâ€ and â€œProtection of the European architectural heritageâ€, drafts on amendments to the law on â€œCivil serviceâ€ and amendments and annexes to several laws.

The next sitting of the parliament will be held on December 4.
