Hasanov said executive power had no authorities to interfere in the court decisions. There is some intention in the protest actions of international organizations and debates inside and outside Azerbaijan around this issue. â€œTens, hundreds of court decisions on hooliganism charges are made in Azerbaijan every year, why only these two young men cause reaction? Of course, they can say that these young men are bloggers with more intellects and coser to the West. But there is no such point in the Azerbaijani Criminal Code that who is more intellectual and closer to the West that can be charged easilyâ€.
