Social policy committee recommends several bills to parliament’s fall session

Baku. Elbrus Seyfullayev – APA. The parliament’s committee for social policy discussed amendments to the law on “Protection of people’s health” and other legislative acts, APA reports. Chairman of the committee Hadi Rajabli said the proposed amendment aimed to ensure high-quality medical service. According to the proposal, all doctors should be involved in compulsory courses every five years and receive certificates after finishing the courses. Following the discussions, the document was recommended to the parliament’s fall session.

Amendments to the laws on “Prosecutor’s office”, “Recruitment in prosecutor’s office” and “Age pensions” were also discussed at the meeting. Hadi Rajabli said the proposed amendments aim to improve pension provision in prosecutor’s offices.
After the discussions, the document was recommended to the parliament’s fall session.
