Two Azerbaijani ministers visit Armenia and sign agreement

They discussed the organizational issues of participation of Azerbaijani sportsmen in the European championship among the young judokas in Armenia. The agreement was signed between Minister of Youth and Sport of Azerbaijan Azad Rahimov and Minister of Youth and Sport of Armenia Armen Grogoryan, president of Azerbaijan Judo Federation Fuzuli Alekperov and president of Armenian Judo federation Alexan Avetisyan and members of the European Judo Federation and European Olympic Committee Executive Committee.

According to the agreement, host country has to take serious responsibility for the security of Azerbaijani sportsmen in Armenia. It also considers creating of necessary condition for feeding with information, for regular trainings, hanging of Azerbaijanâ€™s flag among the flags of other countries during the tournament, raising the Azerbaijanâ€™s flag, playing of national anthem and all participantsâ€™ standing up in the case of Azerbaijanâ€™s winning, participation of journalists accredited by IOC, easy Internet access and other issues. The agreement will be signed by the Ministry of Youth and Sport of Azerbaijan, European Judo Federation, European Judo Committee, European Olympic Committee and appropriate organizations of Armenia.
