A group of Azerbaijani parliamentarians left for Turkey to study the country’s practice in reproductive health, member of the Azeri delegation Malahat Ibrahimgizi told APA. Malahat Ibrahimgizi, Musa Guliyev and Gultakin Hajibayli will hold meetings in Turkish Health Ministry, parliament and the medical facilities experienced in this field. She said Turkey has great experience in the field of reproductive health and family planning.
“We will work once more on the bill after studying this experience,†she said.
Malahat Ibrahimgizi said they will discuss the bill on “Reproductive health and family planning†in the fall session of the parliament.
The bill was discussed in the previous session of the parliament, but was not approved.
