Public Union Ireli to hold conference on Khojaly tragedy in Ukraine

Baku - APA. Public Union Ireli and Kievâ€™s European Youth organizatIon will hold a meeting on the topic "Khojaly conflict. Development of history of conflict points: Ukraine and Azerbaijan" February 20. Public Union Ireliâ€™s press secretary Aynur Hasanzadeh told APA. Issues on Nagorno Karabakh conflict (1987-1994), security system in Azerbaijan, Ukraine and in other countries will be discussed at the meeting. During the event presentation of the film on Khojaly tragedy-1992 will be held as well.
This action is among the succession of events of Public Union Ireli connected with Khojaly tragedy.
Mass actions and conferences will also be held in France, Great Britain, Germany, Holland, Lithuania, Latvia and other countries. High-level officials, historians, politicians, journalists, socially active young are invited to the meeting. Books, disks and other materials presented by Haydar Aliyev Foundation will be distributed to the participants.
The event will continue in Kiev City, Institute Street 4, â€œUkraineâ€ hotel, conference hall, from 18.00 till 20.00.
