Georgian Human Rights Commissioner comments on incomplete restoration of Fakhrali mosque

Tbilisi. Nizami Mammezade – APA. The Georgian Human Rights Commissioner Georgi Tuqushi commented on unfinished works of restoration of Faxrali village mosque. Georgi Tuqushi said issue is under his control, APA’s Georgian bureau told.

“We know about the problems in this village. We have been at the cite and found out that there was no permission to the construction. We actively intervened into current problems and trying to get permission to the restoration of the mosque. The works in this direction are in progress. I’ll permanently contact and learn about the works done in this direction. But all I can do now is to give offers. I think this problem will find its positive solution”, Georgian Human Rights Commissioner Georgi Tuqushi said.

Note that, 139 days has passed since the restoration works on Fakhrali village mosque (was built in 1905) stopped.
