A Roadmap on Increasing the Efficiency of State Services on Border Trade for 2025 has been approved by the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings, APA-Economics reports.
According to the Roadmap, by May 1 of this year, an analysis of the possibility of creating an integrated border crossing point between Azerbaijan and the Republic of Türkiye will be conducted, and a report on the results will be submitted to the Commission.
Note that by November 1 of this year, the creation of an "Electronic Single Window" information system for the digitalization of activities in the fields of import-export, transit, transportation, and logistics is expected, and by December 1, the integration of state entities into the "Electronic Single Window" system is expected.
Additionally, by September 1, 2025, corresponding measures will be taken to expedite the signing process of a unified legal framework for the logistics services sector, as well as the implementation and improvement of the "Digital Customs Value" system to determine customs value based on digital solutions within the framework of accurate, transparent, and applicable legislation.
