Kiev court cancels Ukrainian President’s decision to dissolve Parliament

APA reports that parliamentarian from Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc Vladimir Pilipenko appealed to court demanding to cancel the President’s decision. The court also banned any activity in connection with the preparation for the early parliamentary elections scheduled for December 7. Justice Minister of Ukraine Nikolai Onishuk said the chance to cancel the President’s decision was zero.
