Usage of Russian internal waters for littoral states simplified

Baku. Lachin Sultanovaâ€“APA. â€œFirst Intergovernmental Economic Conference of Caspian Littoral States has ended successfullyâ€, Elvira Nabiullina, Russian Economic Development and Trade Minister said, APA reports quoting Russian mass media.
To her, the conference assessed joint investment projects and current finance and passed a decision on establishment of joint Institute of Finance.
Ms. Nabiullina added that annual sessions of Transport Ministers covered discussion on joint projects. Ministers decided to establish non-commercial partnership on development of North-South transport corridor. Caspian littoral states can enter Black Sea using Russian internal waters basing on the partnership. Before, the states should wait for 3-4 months to receive permission on usage of Russian internal waters. New decision gives chance to appeal before one year.
