The Caspian Economic Cooperation Organization should unite the projects in the fields of energy, transport, environment, research of bio-resources, finance, trade and investment”. Zubkov proposed to establish Caspian Economic and Political Research Center and Caspian Bio-Resources Research Center near the new organization.
