Sergei Lavrov: “NATO countries have begun to supply Georgia with modern weapons”

Sochi–APA. “NATO countries have begun to send to Georgia arms and military ammunitions”, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, APA quotes RIA-Novosti. Lavrov accused those, who tried to justify Georgian leadership in double game and shamelessness.

“They promise to Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili that NATO will defend him and called to arm Tbilisi. According to information we obtained those countries try to restore military infrastructure and to supply this country with modern weapons”, said the minister.
Lavrov said all NATO member countries participated in this process.
