The war: Georgia â€“ 215 dead, 1469 wounded, Russia â€“ 74 dead, 171 wounded

1 469 wounded, of whom 1 023 have already been discharged, and 446 continue to inpatient treatment.
According to Targamadze, 13 employees of the Georgiaâ€™s Defense Ministry were killed and more than two hundred wounded employees of Georgia. Losses among soldiers of Ministry of Defence by his data: 133 killed, 1199 injured, 70 missed. 69 civilians were killed and 69 wounded during the conflict. The number of missing among the civilian population has not yet been set.
Russiaâ€™s Deputy Chief of the General Staff Anatoliy Nogovitsin said 74 Russian militaries were killed, 171 wounded and 19 missed in the Georgian-Ossetian conflict zone. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia reported that more than two thousand civilians suffered during the Georgian attack on Tskhinvali.
