Azerbaijanis-living Marneuli region of Georgia short of drinking water

Several villages of Marneuli region of Georgia where Azerbaijanis are living densely short of drinking water, APA’s Georgia bureau reports.
Residents if Kosali village have to go 2-kilometer area to get water.
The cars can not bring water to the village because of destroyed roads. Therefore, village residents use dirty water of the channel nearby, and it causes infectious diseases in the village.
Kosali residents said that they appealed to official bodies, local Executive Power regarding the problem for several times. But they have not yet received positive reply.
Marneuli Executive Power told the APA’s local bureau that they assert the existence of water problem in the village. Executive Power said that soon new artesian wells will be dug in the villages where water problem exists. /APA/
