Georgia not to participate in CIS informal summit

Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili will not participate in informal summit of CIS Heads of State to be held in St. Petersburg, APA Georgia bureau reports.
Though Georgian Economic Development Minister Georgi Arveladze is intended to represent Georgia, then it was defined that Minister will not be able to leave for St Petersburg. Deputy Prime Minister Georgi Baramidze who represented Georgia in CIS summits before will not attend the summit. /APA/
