Director General of the Center Valeriy Fedorov said this at the press conference at Interfax agency, APAâ€™s Moscow correspondent reports. He said according to the results of the poll, Vladimir Putin will win with 58.6 percent of the votes.

â€œGennady Zyuganov comes the second with 14.8 percent of votes, Vladimir Zhirinovski the third with 9.4 percent, Mikhail Prokhorov the fourth with 8.7 percent, Sergey Mironov the fifth with 7.7 percent of the votes,â€ he said.

64 percent of the respondents say Vladimir Putin will win in the first round, 20 percent of the respondents say he will win in the second round.
