Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA. The agreement developed on negotiations held between Georgia and Russia on Russia’s membership to the World Trade Organization has been coordinated and the document will be signed on November 10, said Georgia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Nino Kalandadze, APA reports.

The compromise version of the proposals was developed by Switzerland. The proposals consider the organization of international monitoring on passing of cargos on borders of Abkhazia and South Osetia with Russia.

Deputy Minister said that during the negotiations the Georgian side tried to avoid the politicization of the question.

Russia has been trying to be a WTO member since 1993 and Georgia, as a member of this organization, withdrew from negotiations in 2008. The reason of it was Russian president’s order on lifting economic sanctions in reference to Abkhazia and South Osetia. The negotiations were restarted in May this year.
