WTI oil price falls, while Brent rises

Baku – APA–Economics. On July 22, on the New York Mercantile Exchange August crude WTI futures fell $0.21, at $65.40 per barrel, APA-Economics reports. August Brent contract on London’s ICE futures exchange rose by $0.34 and reached $67.21 per barrel.

According to the report of US Energy Department, petrol resources in the country increased 3% to 215.4 million barrels. Distillate and soda fuel oil resources have also reached record indication since 1980 – 160.5 million barrels. Daily oil production was increased from 5.171 to 5.176 barrels.
